5) Any postage costs for sending an item back is the full responsibility of the claimant and any of these costs cannot be refunded unless the product was faulty and the issue was by our side.
6) Used items or any other significant factor that makes the item not to be refundable will make your claim as invalid. So please send the item the same way you have took it.
7) Once returned, the amount of the product you have bought will be refunded to you.
